Next year’s kindergarten registration for Westside Elementary School will be held online. Please go to the Johnson Co. Westside website @ westsiderebels.net to complete and submit the form. You will find the kindergarten registration under the Elementary School section. It is important that students be registered before May 12 so they can be scheduled for a screening the week of May 15. Your child must be (5) on or before August 1, 2023 to be eligible to enroll and must also live in the Westside School District or have a school choice application on file, dated by May 1, 2023. The following information will be required to complete registration when yourchild comes for his/her kindergarten screening.
Screenings will be held May 16-18. You will be contacted by a staff member with a date and time. If you are unable to register your child online or have any questions please call Westside Elementary at 479-497-1088.

Su hijodebe tener (5) años el 1 de agosto de 2023 o antes para serelegible para inscribirse y también debe vivir en el Westside. Distrito Escolar o tener una solicitud de elección de escuelaarchivada, con fecha del 1 de mayo de 2023. Se requerirá la siguiente información para completar el registro cuando su hijovenga a su evaluación de kindergarten.
1. Acta de nacimiento oficial
2. Registros de vacunas actualizados
3. Examen físico actual del jardín de infancia
4. Tarjeta de seguro social
5. Tarjeta de Medicaid, si corresponde
6. Documentación de registro completa que se le entregaráen el examen.
Las proyecciones se llevarán a cabo del 16 al 18 de mayo. Unmiembro del personal se comunicará con usted con una fecha y hora. Si no puede registrar a su hijo en línea o tiene algunapregunta, llame a Westside Elementary al 479-497-1088.
